Els Griggs studied in teacher training and worked as a key worker in a Children’s Home. She set up Link Insurance with her husband Trevor Griggs in 1991 before merging with Advisa in 2008.

Els provides administration support to Independent Financial Advisers and Directors. She is a great communicator and works to a very high standard to meet client expectations.

Els came to Jersey from the Netherlands. She speaks Dutch, English, German and a little French!

Els enjoys the gym, tennis and cycling, also taking part in charity cycle challenges abroad. She is married to Trevor Griggs and has two sons Charlie and Oliver.
